Friday, Oct. 18 at Kentucky Opera Center | 7:30-11:30 p.m.
Join us for a night of dancing, drinks, and fun to help us Raise the Barre for the Company Artists of Louisville Ballet — and get a sneak peek of 502, a world premiere ballet by Ching Ching Wong set to the music of Louisville rapper Jack Harlow.
Raise the Barre, the best dance party of the year, is a fundraiser that elevates the salaries of Company Artists of Louisville Ballet. Through their dedication, artistry, and many hours of hard work, these dancers are a vital part of Louisville, infusing the community with energy, movement, and inspiration.
These professional artists — the heart of our organization — have moved to Louisville from all around the country. They live here, work here, play here, and raise their families here, enriching the cultural tapestry of our city with their diverse backgrounds and talents.
All proceeds go toward elevating the salaries of Louisville Ballet’s Company Artists. The event will feature a dance party, open bar, and a buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres. There will also be an online silent auction limited to 15 items.
